The Ressence Type 3 was introduced at BaselWorld 2013. Its case, movement and dial are a perfect symbiosis, taking the brand's original Type 1001 concept to the next level through an innovative and unseen approach. The movement of the Type 3 uses Ressence's signature Ressence Orbital Convex System to indicate time through number of revolving discs. The dial part however is oil-filled, while the movement sits in a separate, sealed chamber, and power is transmitted from the latter to the former by means of magnets. The case furthermore holds seven bellows to compensate for oil volume changes due to temperature variations. The Type 3N features a titanium case and a blue dial. It is fitted with a blue Barenia leather strap.
